This form gives permission for photo and video of your child to be taken and used for advertising.
We have a professional photographer scheduled to take individual/sibling dance photos at our dress rehearsal on Sunday 4th of December. Group photos will be taken on Monday 5th December.
There will also be professional video taken on the show day. Unfortunately video permission is not an option here, as the videographer is unable to exclude a single child from the screen without compromising the entire video. However, video release for advertising is required by you.
Please be aware that if no photo permission is given, our professional photographer will not be able to take photos of your child at all, which in turn means you will not be given the opportunity to purchase photos of your child.
Children’s privacy and online safety is our number one priority, so we will always respect your right to decline photos.
