Pricing 2023:
Dance Vibes are now GST registered, which means there is a slight increase in term fees to cover the GST cost. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you are having trouble paying term fees, and we can make arrangements to suit you.
Please note: There is a new account number for payment of term fees. Please DO NOT make payment into the old account.
Dance class fees are paid per 10 week school term and are as follows:
30 minutes $105 per term incl. GST
45 minutes $135 per term incl. GST
60 minutes $165 per term incl. GST
Daycare Groups $60 per child per term incl. GST (minimum 8 children)
We are once again offering a full scholarship for a child who would benefit from being involved in Dance Vibes classes for 2023, but whose family may not have the means to afford fees. If you would like to nominate your child, or someone else for this scholarship, please get in touch. Details can be kept anonymous.
Children are welcome to try a class before committing to the full term.

- An invoice for term fees will be sent to parent/guardian’s email at the beginning of each term.
- All term fees are due by the 3rd lesson of each term. There will be a 10% late fee applied to any outstanding fees after this time. Failure to pay fees may result in student’s space being offered to another child.
- Class fees are payable by cash or online banking with receipts available upon request.
- Siblings taking dance classes or students who enrol in more than one class per week receive a 10% discount on total cost of term fees.

Refunds
- In the event of a COVID-19 alert level change that results in classes being cancelled indefinitely, a refund for the missed classes may be supplied upon request. Live Zoom classes may replace in-person group classes, supported by tutorials in our password protected Student Dashboard.
- Refunds will not be issued for students who are unwell or unable to attend class.
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind.
- If Dance Vibes are unable to teach a scheduled class for any reason, it will either be rescheduled or a credit will be added to the following terms fee.
