The Dance Vibes NZ Terms & Conditions as follows:
1.) Fees: All dance class fees will be paid in full on or before the third lesson of each term unless a prior arrangement has been made with Dance Vibes NZ. Any late payment will incur a 20% late fee on the total cost of term fees. Failure to pay term fees may result in the student being excluded from class.
2.) Refunds: There will be no refunds on term fees once paid.
3.) Behaviour: All students, family and visitors to Dance Vibes NZ classes and events must conduct themselves in an appropriate and respectful manner at all times when in or around venues. This includes no swearing, yelling, bullying, making mess, theft, damage of property or displaying other inappropriate behaviour. Failure to comply will result in the student being removed from class or event either temporarily or permanently. In the case of visitors breaching the behaviour agreement, they will incur total exclusion from any future classes and events. Any damage or theft of venue property or personal property by a student, family member or visitor will require the student’s parent or guardian to pay for repair or replacement of said property.
4.) Attire: students will wear appropriate attire at all times as outlined in the dress code.
5.) Disclaimer: Dance Vibes NZ take every effort to provide a safe environment for students and visitors. The health, safety and wellbeing of our students is top priority. I acknowledge that Dance Vibes NZ and its teacher Sherri Philpot and any other staff are in no way liable or responsible for any injuries, accidents, loss or damage of any personal property that may occur to students, family members or visitors while on the premises of any Dance Vibes NZ class or event. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure their child is dropped off and picked up from class at the correct time and to ensure their safety when outside the immediate vicinity of the Dance Vibes NZ class or event.
6.) Choreography: All choreography taught for classes and events is purely the property of Dance Vibes NZ teacher and choreographer Sherri Philpot. Choreography and video is not to be used, shared or taught to anyone outside of Dance Vibes NZ classes or events without permission.
